From da Beach to the Jungle

The first leg of the trip will be spent in Samara, on the west coast of Costa Rica. It is about a 2 hour shuttle from the Liberia Airport. All the hotels/restaurants/shops/beach are walking distance (it's a small beach town).

The second leg of the trip will be spent in the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. The hotel is in the middle of the jungle by waterfalls, hot springs and the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano.
Getting There & Getting Around
Guanacaste Airport (LIR) | Liberia, Costa Rica
The LIR airport is located between the two destinations. Phoenix folks will land around 2:30pm on Saturday. Our flight departs around 11am on Sunday.

Returning 5/24 - United Airlines Flight UA 1036 11:05 am

If you land outside the times the main group will be traveling, you can schedule a private shuttle or time it right for a shared shuttle. Private shuttles are around $175 to Samara and about $135 to Rincon de la Vieja. Here is the link to the shuttle website:
